When will my item ship?

Shipping times may vary depending on what you buy. Items shipped directly from Simplistic Mystic should ship within 1-5 business days. International shipping varies by country, please allow additional shipping time (typically international shipping takes a 4-6 weeks & tracking doesn't always update). Please note some items may ship separately.

We only keep a small amount of our Simplistic Mystic cards in stock, your order may ship as fast as a 2-3 BUSINESS days (business days are mon-fri 9-5 excluding holidays). But please allow up to 2 weeks for your deck to ship as we order from the supplier based on demand. Reminder that the post office is not open on the weekend. If you order on the weekend (fri-sun) your item may not ship until mid the next week. Shipping times are based on business days only (business days are mon-fri 9-5 excluding holidays).

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we unfortunately are USA & Canada only. Stay tuned in the future.

 

I ordered priority shipping, why have you not shipped the item?

If you order priority shipping, that does not change the shipping time on our part, it will just expedite your order once arrived at the post office.

 

You shipped my item but I never received it?

We can not control what happens once we ship the packages as they are in the hands of the post office (please contact them if you have not gotten your package in time). Thank you for your patience. Any other questions please contact us.

 

HELP! I need to correct my address? 

Make sure all shipping info is correct when you place your order, we are NOT responsible once the cards have been shipped (please contact the local post office if you put the wrong address). If your item has NOT shipped we can change the address for you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason. No cancellations or refunds. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

We do not offer cancellations on orders that have already shipped. However if you placed an order and it has not shipped. Contact us right away and we can cancel your order.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Can I get a refund?

We currently do not offer refunds. However if your item is damaged or you were sent the wrong item. Let us know as soon as possible.

 

My item is damaged!?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send us a photo of what you received and we will send you a new one.

 

The wrong item was sent?


If the item you received is not correct, please let us know ASAP so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us a photo of what you did receive and we will be happy to send you the correct item. You may keep the wrong item as a gift.
