Refund policy

We currently do not offer refunds. However if your item is damaged or you were sent the wrong item. Let us know.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wrong items sent
If the item you received is not correct, please let us know ASAP so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us a photo of what you did receive and we will be happy to send you the correct item. You may keep the wrong item as a gift.

Cancel order
We do not offer cancellations on orders that have already shipped. However if you placed an order and it has not shipped. Contact us right away and we can cancel your order.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

PROBLEMS WITH ORDER: Please message the shop if you have a problem with your order before you write a review. We will do our best to find a resolution. We value our customers and want to make everyone happy!
